Tiny fashionista

Sorry it's been so long since my last post! I've gathered so much tiny, cute stuff to share, and I'm going to start doling it out in the days ahead. Here's one I just can't wait to show off:

Oh my goodness. An adorable girl made even more adorable by being dressed like she's 22. I can hardly handle it!

My manager has a 2-year-old little boy who she's posted pictures of on Facebook wearing jeans, rumpled plaid shirts and tiny little kicks, looking like a miniature grown man. I love it! Who can deny - tiny is cute.

Tabletop beach

I created a mini beach this summer for my desk. It combines both beach things and tiny things, so now I have a cute and calming scene to glance at in the middle of a crazy workday! Of course, I had to share it on Tiny Is Cute. :)

The idea came from finding all these tiny, undeniably cute shells (and a starfish!) on the North Carolina coast this August. Since then, friends have added to the collection -- plus I found a beach chair and umbrella!

Kids' kicks

Tiny shoes = the epitome of tiny cuteness. Epecially when they're down-to-the-details replicas of adult shoes. An infant might not need Nike-engineered basketball shoes, I realize... but how can you resist?

Photos to make your Friday even better

It's Friday! I think that calls for a tiny animal montage...

So tiny! So cute!

Mini munchies

Sweet Stella is a Columbus-based (where I'm from!) line of handmade jewelry made to look like miniatures, and the food-related ones are my favorite. Especially when they're on tiny plates!

How can you not help but ooh and aah over something like this? They're so cute, you just want to eat them.

I love...

...tiny things.

Scaled-down versions of full-size items, whether it's a baby bootie or a detailed jewelry charm, typically elicits a reaction from me that's part squealing, part gushing.

Simply put, tiny is cute. And I know I'm only one of many who thinks so. Here, I plan to compile photos of tiny things for all of us to collectively covet.

Eeeek! A tiny terrarium from a great Etsy seller, Tortoise Loves Donkey. (And she makes even tinier ones!)

LOVE.
